Designed for smaller companies, or for organizations working within a tight budget, the “Scenes from the Front” video features the core scenes from the original live “Scenes from the Front” program, all shot and edited professionally and delivered on a standard VHS videocassette.

The video is accompanied by a “customized” Leader’s Guide which has been designed for use by your in house trainer - just about anyone who has ever led any kind of training program at your company. After viewing each scenario, the leader will stop the tape and, using the customized leader’s guide, engage the trainees in a discussion about the scenario. The leader will also introduce simple tools and techniques for handling the behavior and trainees can view “replays” of some scenarios in which the characters actually use the tools effectively. We will insert your organization’s policies, procedures and resources list into the text of the guide to ensure the program will be appropriate and effective for your employees.
