Set in a regional sales office of an insurance/financial services company, this play and program is designed for sales groups and teams to highlight the direct link that diversity has to revenues and profits. Selling Into Diverse Markets:

An intensive one day program in which trainees learn skills for enhancing sales in non-traditional markets by becoming “culturally competent” and identifying previously untapped business opportunities. Trainees practice new skills and competencies on professional actors portraying potential clients and customers in a safe, supportive, yet realistic environment.

Set in the R&D/Engineering division of a major appliance manufacturer.
