Cecile
is President and Founder of RMA Management Alliance, Inc., a Human
Resources consulting, training, coaching, and organizational management
firm based in San Diego. She is referred to as the provider of the
“ATIONS,” employee relations, investigations, facilitations,
mediations, and collaborations for small, emerging and medium-sized
businesses and assists them in meeting state and federal compliance
regulations. Cecile is an acknowledged expert in diversity, specifically
as it relates to Hispanic and African American groups. She is on the
“A” list as investigator of choice for law firms throughout
the country as she is expert in quickly assessing allegations of wrongdoing
and bringing about positive resolutions. As an outsourced partner
to organizations, Cecile brings an HR perspective as she facilitates
strategic planning sessions with senior executives, provides coaching
techniques for frontline management, and training opportunities for
all employees in communication, Bottom- Line Thinking Leadership,
team concepts, Title VII/EEO, sexual harassment. Cecile is a stand-up
trainer, professional, motivational speaker, and a natural comedienne
who loves to be on stage. She was born into a musical family; her
mother was a singer with Duke Ellington’s band and her father
a bass player with Count Basie’s orchestra. She holds a Masters
degree in Organizational Management with an HR focus, and is the 2004
President of the San Diego Chapter of the Society for Human Resources
Management (SHRM). Other affiliations include IPMA, IABC, and ASP.
