Goldrich: Associate Consultant, Trainer Jordan is the founder and president of GAIN, Inc., an international consulting firm helping investors, boards and executives accelerate and sustain business results. Jordan created and co-developed Orlando-Ward & Associates’ newest training program featuring live, professional drama, called “The Manager’s Trap.” For his clients, Jordan functions as a “virtual” second in command, assembling resources, challenging assumptions and providing feedback based on bottom-line truth. His clients benefit from well-researched tools for business and leadership development. Jordan also co-designed and co-directs the San Diego State University Certificate Program in Business and Executive Coaching. He is licensed to lead the Legacy Leadership™ Institute (LLI) for CEOs, executives, executive coaches and consultants who want tools for corporate transformation. As Vice President, Operations, Jordan guided a behavioral health firm through attainment of a California HMO license and an 800% revenue expansion to a multi-million dollar acquisition. He received his Master of Social Work and Master of Arts in Education from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. He is a licensed clinical social worker and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. |
