Alan Schall, VP Client Relations – East Coast Mark is Vice President for Client Relations for Orlando-Ward and Associates, and is a specialist in the area of human relations. He is a recognized expert facilitator and educator in the areas of interpersonal communication, organizational change, diversity, and sexual harassment. For eight years, Mark has been facilitating off-site meetings and in-house training programs around the country with the Orlando-Ward and Associates team. His specialization is in the use of live professional drama as a training tool for sensitive organizational issues. Recent clients include Toys ‘R Us, US Department of Health and Human Services, US Bureau of Public Debt, US Department of Defense, The Candle Corporation, American Express and Arthur Andersen Inc. Mark has a Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Development from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook. He is certified as a Mediator by the New York Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and has a practice as a personal counselor/psychotherapist in New York City, specializing in the GLBT community. |
