Gregg
Ward: President and Co-Founder
Gregg oversees the development and delivery of all of Orlando-Ward
& Associates’ training programs and is recognized as the
nation’s leading expert in the use of live, professional theater,
interactive facilitation and experiential learning as training and
development tools. He is also a trainer, consultant, executive coach
and mediator on diversity, harassment, leadership and change. Gregg
began using theater as an organizational training tool in 1986 with
his partner Donna Orlando while they were serving as specialist trainers
for the New York City Police Department. For five years he served
as Producing Artistic Director of Plays for Living Inc. He has also
taught seminars and programs at Harvard University, NYU, The City
University of New York, The New School University for Social Research,
and Boston University. In addition to his consulting and training
work, Gregg is an adjunct professor of diversity at San Diego State
University and Cal State San Marcos. Gregg received a BFA from Boston
University’s School of Theater Arts, lectured at the University
of Edinburgh, and for many years enjoyed a professional theater career
as an actor, director, scriptwriter and producer in New York, Edinburgh
and London. He has been published many times in national newspapers
and magazines and served for several years as a journalist, feature
writer and critic for The BBC, The Times of London and Scotland on
Sunday Newspaper. In 2002, he published his first book, Bad Behavior,
People Problems & Sticky Situations: a toolbook for managers and
team leaders. (Winding Creek Press). Gregg is a member of SHRM, ASTD
and PCMA and is listed in Who’s Who In International Business.
